How the formula works together
Three groups of ingredients are doing the work here. Calming ingredients — Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract, Allantoin and Madecassoside among others — work on the look of redness. Ceramide NP sits on top and slow how fast that water leaves. Niacinamide works on the look of unevenness.
Emollients and lipids and calming ingredients are the same job approached from two sides — one works on how skin feels under your fingers, the other on what shows in the mirror.
