What is actually near the top
Niacinamide sits at position five, above Glycerin. That is a real inclusion of the ingredient with the most published work behind it for tone and the look of pores — which happens to be exactly what this serum is sold for. Squalane, Ceramide NP and Beta-Glucan fill in the barrier and water side, and Adenosine is the second signalling material.
Bought as a niacinamide serum with a good supporting cast, this is a sound product. Bought as a PDRN serum, it is 0.005% of one.

- Polysaccharide from yeast or oat. Used to calm irritation, and pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Adenosine
- Purine nucleoside. One of the few ingredients Korea approves a wrinkle-care claim for.
- Centella Asiatica Extract
- Extract of Centella asiatica, whole plant. Used to calm irritation; used to slow oxidation, in the formula and on skin.
- Coptis Japonica Root Extract
- Goldthread root extract. Used to calm the look of redness.
- Dioscorea Japonica Root Extract
- Extract of Japanese yam root.
- Methyl Gluceth-20
- Ethoxylated methyl glucoside. Used to pull in water and hold it.
How the formula works together
Twenty-seven ingredients and no filler tail. The first eight are water, humectants and Niacinamide. Squalane is the only lipid of consequence until Ceramide NP near the end. Carbomer and Xanthan Gum set the texture; Tromethamine holds the pH where niacinamide is stable.
The botanical group — goldthread root, centella, fig, Japanese yam — sits above the ppm-declared trio, which tells you the extracts are present in larger amounts than the headline actives.
No fragrance and no essential oil on the list.
