What this mask does
A sheet mask, five to a box, led by pure Ascorbic Acid with green tangerine extract, Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether, Ferulic Acid and Glutathione, formulated as a brightening step for uneven tone and post-blemish marks.
Position one means something
An ingredient list runs in order of quantity, and pure L-ascorbic acid — the unstable, hard-to-formulate form of vitamin C — sits above water here. Most masks that advertise vitamin C use a stabilised derivative somewhere down the tail. This one uses the plain acid at the top and a derivative, Ethyl Ascorbyl Ether, further along, with Ferulic Acid and Glutathione as antioxidant support. That is also why the essence should be used straight out of the sachet rather than left open.

- Glutathione
- Tripeptide of glutamate, cysteine and glycine. An antioxidant the body makes for itself; in a jar it is protecting the rest of the formula as much as your skin.
- Niacinamide
- Vitamin B3. Studied for evening out the look of tone, for the look of pores, and for breakout-prone skin — which is why it turns up in so much of this catalogue.
- Madecassoside
- Triterpene glycoside from Centella asiatica. Used to calm irritation.
- Ceramide NP
- Ceramide 3. A material skin already contains, so it reads as its own.
- Panthenol
- Provitamin B5. Used to calm irritation, and pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Beta-Glucan
- Polysaccharide from yeast or oat. Used to calm irritation, and pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Retinyl Palmitate
- Vitamin A ester.
- Curcuma Longa Root Extract
- Extract of turmeric root.
How the formula works together
Vitamin C, Ferulic Acid and vitamin E — here as Tocopherol — is a well-documented antioxidant trio: each regenerates the others rather than working alone. Glutathione and Glucosylrutin add to that side. There is more antioxidant machinery in this mask than the price suggests.
Against that acid load the formula puts back what an acid step takes: Ceramide NP with Cholesterol, Madecassoside, Centella, Allantoin, Panthenol and Beta-Glucan. A deliberate pairing rather than decoration.
One thing to be straight about: the list carries five citrus and floral essential oils — bergamot, lemon peel, sweet orange peel, lavender and ylang ylang — with Limonene and Linalool declared. Bergamot and lemon peel oils are photosensitising, and this is a vitamin C product. Use it in the evening, and wear sunscreen the next day.

How to use it
- Use in the evening, after cleansing and toning.
- Lay the sheet over the face and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
