What this mask does
A 20 g overnight lip balm built on ester and polybutene emollients with shea and murumuru butters, carrying a berry extract complex with Sodium Hyaluronate and mineral salts, formulated to sit on the lips through the night.
Why it stays on while you sleep
Polybutene, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene and the styrene copolymers are tackifiers — polymers that make a balm cling rather than transfer. That is the difference between a lip mask and a lip balm: one is still there in the morning, the other is on the pillow. Microcrystalline, candelilla, carnauba and synthetic waxes give it the body to hold shape in the jar.

- Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter
- Shea butter. Sits on top and slows how fast water leaves, and softens by filling the gaps between surface cells.
- Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter
- Fat from murumuru palm seed. Softens by filling the gaps between surface cells.
- Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax
- Wax from carnauba palm leaves. Sets how thick it is.
- Sodium Hyaluronate
- Sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. A material skin already contains, so it reads as its own; used to pull in water and hold it.
- Beta-Glucan
- Polysaccharide from yeast or oat. Used to calm irritation, and pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Ascorbyl Glucoside
- Glucoside of ascorbic acid. Slows oxidation, in the formula and on skin.
- Rubus Chamaemorus Seed Extract
- Extract of cloudberry seed.
- Vaccinium Angustifolium Fruit Extract
- Extract of lowbush blueberry fruit.
- Chenopodium Quinoa Seed Extract
- Extract of quinoa seed.
- Potassium Alginate
- Salt of alginic acid. Leaves a light film on the surface; sets how thick it is.
How the formula works together
The occlusive layer does the heavy lifting: esters, hydrocarbons, four waxes and two butters, sealing the lips against overnight water loss. Underneath sits a small water phase carrying Sodium Hyaluronate, Beta-Glucan and magnesium, calcium, manganese and zinc salts — the mineral part of the brand's Moisture Wrap.
The berry complex — goji, raspberry, blueberry, coffee, cranberry, strawberry, cloudberry, quinoa — is the antioxidant and scent character. Fragrance is declared high on the list, and there are four colourants: CI 77019, CI 77891, CI 47005 and CI 42090.

How to use it
- Apply a generous layer to lips as the last step before bed.
- Wipe away or press in whatever remains in the morning.
- Use during the day as a balm as well; a smaller amount is enough.
