What this ampoule does
A 50 ml ampoule from MEDIHEAL's Madecassoside line, built as a silicone-and-lecithin emulsion with Niacinamide, applied two to three drops at a time.
About the ingredient list — read this before you buy
Our supplier gave us ten entries, and the tenth stops mid-name: Bis-PEG-18 Methyl. Several of the others arrived misspelled in ways that only happen when a label is photographed and read by software — Triethy hexanoin, Polyglyceryi-s Methy-glucose Distearate, Caprylic/Capric/Myristic/Stearic Inglyceride. We have restored those to standard INCI spelling below.
Madecassoside is not among the ten, and this ampoule is named for it. Centella actives normally sit near the end of a list, so it is very likely present in the part we cannot see — but likely is not the same as verified, and we are not going to print a centella claim off the front of a box.

What the ten entries do tell you
Niacinamide at position six is a real inclusion — high enough to be doing work, and it is the ingredient with the most published evidence behind it for tone and blemish-prone skin.
The rest describes the texture rather than the actives: water and glycerin, Triethylhexanoin and a mixed triglyceride as the emollients, Dimethicone for slip, and Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate with Hydrogenated Lecithin as the emulsifier pair. That is a light, silky emulsion — an ampoule that behaves like a thin lotion rather than a watery serum.

- Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate
- Sugar-derived emulsifier. Keeps oil and water from separating.
- Butylene Glycol
- Diol. Used to pull in water and hold it; dissolves the rest so the formula stays one liquid.
