A 120 ml foaming cleanser built on saponified palm acid softened with potassium cocoate and an amino-acid surfactant, from MEDIHEAL's Vitamin C line.
About the ingredient list — read this before you buy
Our supplier gave us ten entries, ending mid-name at Acrylate/C10-30 Alkyl acrylate Cr…. That is a photograph of a box that ran past the edge of the frame, not a finished declaration.
No vitamin C in any form appears in the ten — not ascorbic acid, not a phosphate salt, not a glucoside, not an ethyl ether. This cleanser is named for vitamin C. It is likely present further down the real list, since vitamin C derivatives are normally used at low percentages and sit in the tail. But likely is not verified, and we are not going to reprint a claim off the front of a box as though we had checked it.

What the ten entries do tell you
The cleansing system is fully legible, and it is a soap. Hydrogenated Palm Acid at position three plus Potassium Hydroxide at four is saponification happening in the tube — dense, cushioned lather rather than the thin foam a detergent gives.
Potassium Cocoate is a second, milder soap. Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate is an amino-acid surfactant, the gentlest class in common use, and it is here to take the edge off. Glycerin at position two is high enough to matter, and Polyquaternium-7 deposits on rinse so skin does not squeak.

- Hardened palm-derived fatty acid. Forms soap when neutralised with an alkali.
- Potassium Hydroxide
- Alkali. Sets the pH — what turns the fatty acid into soap.
- Potassium Cocoate
- Potassium salt of coconut fatty acids. Does the cleansing — a milder second soap.
- Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate
- Amino-acid surfactant from coconut. Cleans at skin's own pH rather than raising it the way soap does.
- Glycerin
- Polyol. A material skin already contains, so it reads as its own; used to pull in water and hold it. Second on this list.
- Glyceryl Stearate
- Glyceryl ester of stearic acid. Used to soften by filling the gaps between surface cells; keeps oil and water from separating.
- Polyquaternium-7
- Cationic polymer. Leaves a light film on the surface — deposits on rinse so skin does not squeak.
- Fragrance
- Added scent, declared as one line rather than broken out. If fragrance is something you avoid, this is the entry that matters.
- Acrylate/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Cr…
- Cut off in our source. Almost certainly Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, a thickener.
- Water
- Solvent. Dissolves the rest so the formula stays one liquid.

Worth checking before you buy: The vitamin C is a naming theme rather than a listed ingredient, and the supplied list is incomplete — buy this as a soap-based cleanser; contains fragrance.
Labelled for pore toning. Soap-based and fragranced — not the choice for a compromised barrier. Buy it for the cleansing system, which is verifiable; the vitamin C claim is not, from the label we hold.
How to use it
- Take an adequate amount on the palms and work it into a lather first.
- Massage the foam over a wet face rather than the paste.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Follow with toner while skin is still damp.
