S.NATURE
S.NATURE Aqua Squalane Serum Refill Set 100ml
The refill set — the bottle stays, the serum comes back.
Eight hyaluronates across a twenty-eight ingredient list.
Watery, layers clean.
What this serum does
A 100 ml refill set carrying eight forms of hyaluronic acid with kelp, false daisy and witch hazel extracts, Panthenol and Beta-Glucan, formulated as a light calming and hydrating layer.
1 ppm squalane, and what that tells you
The brand publishes the figure, so use it. One part per million is a trace — squalane here is a formulation note, not the working ingredient, and the name of the range is a family name rather than a claim about content. What is actually doing the work sits higher on the list: eight hyaluronates, Beta-Glucan and Fructooligosaccharides.
Key ingredients
Ingredient · What it is, and what it is used for
- Sodium Hyaluronate
- Sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. A material skin already contains, so it reads as its own; used to pull in water and hold it.
- Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid
- Hyaluronic acid of reduced molecular weight. Used to pull in water and hold it.
- Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate
- Hyaluronate given a positive charge so it sticks to skin instead of rinsing away.
- Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer
- Cross-linked hyaluronate. The cross-linking stops it washing away as fast as the plain form, so it keeps working on the surface for longer.
- Beta-Glucan
- Polysaccharide from yeast or oat. Used to calm irritation, and pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Fructooligosaccharides
- Short-chain fructose polymer. Pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Laminaria Japonica Extract
- Extract of Laminaria japonica (kelp).
- Eclipta Prostrata Leaf Extract
- Extract of false daisy leaf.
- Hamamelis Virginiana Extract
- Extract of witch hazel.
- Panthenol
- Provitamin B5. Used to calm irritation, and pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Allantoin
- Heterocyclic diureide. Used to calm irritation.
- Betaine
- Amino acid derivative from sugar beet. Used to pull in water and hold it.
How the formula works together
Twenty-eight ingredients and no oil phase at all. The whole formula is water, glycols, humectants and two thickeners, with Hydrogenated Lecithin to carry what little is lipophilic.
That build makes it a genuinely light layer — it goes under anything, works on oily skin, and needs a moisturiser over the top to stay put. Kelp, false daisy and witch hazel with Panthenol and Allantoin make up the calming side.
No fragrance and no essential oil on the list. The refill format is the other reason to buy it.
Who it is for
Labelled for sensitive skin that stings easily. Suits oily and combination skin that is nonetheless dehydrated.
How to use it
- After toner, apply to damp skin and press in.
- Layer twice on dry areas rather than applying one thick coat.
- Follow with a cream; the serum does not seal on its own.
