What this ampoule does
A 100 ml ampoule carrying nine forms of hyaluronic acid with Beta-Glucan, Saccharide Isomerate and four free amino acids, formulated to hold water across several layers of the surface at once.
Nine forms, and why that is the point
Hyaluronic acid is not one material. On this list there are nine entries: Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, and Beta-Glucan alongside them. Molecular weight decides where a humectant sits, so a range of weights covers more of the surface than a single one.

- Sodium Hyaluronate
- Sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. A material skin already contains, so it reads as its own; used to pull in water and hold it.
- Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer
- Cross-linked hyaluronate. The cross-linking stops it washing away as fast as the plain form, so it keeps working on the surface for longer.
- Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate
- Hyaluronate given a positive charge so it sticks to skin instead of rinsing away.
- Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans
- Hydrolysed glycosaminoglycan fraction. Pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Beta-Glucan
- Polysaccharide from yeast or oat. Used to calm irritation, and pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Saccharide Isomerate
- Carbohydrate complex. Pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Biosaccharide Gum-1
- Fermentation-derived polysaccharide. Pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Panax Ginseng Berry Extract
- Extract of ginseng berry.
- Centella Asiatica Extract
- Extract of Centella asiatica, whole plant. Used to calm irritation; used to slow oxidation, in the formula and on skin; used to pull in water and hold it.
- Panthenol
- Provitamin B5. Used to calm irritation, and pulls water into the surface and holds it there.
- Adenosine
- Purine nucleoside. One of the few ingredients Korea approves a wrinkle-care claim for.
- Cyanocobalamin
- Vitamin B12. Gives it its colour.
How the formula works together
Almost everything here is water-side. The hyaluronates and polysaccharides hold water; Glycine, Serine, Arginine and Histidine are free amino acids, materials the surface already carries; Glycosyl Trehalose and Raffinose are sugars doing the same job by another route.
The oil content is a trace of Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride with lecithin to carry it. That is what makes a 100 ml ampoule feel like water rather than serum, and it is also why this works better under a cream than instead of one.
The blue colour, incidentally, is Cyanocobalamin — vitamin B12. It is a real ingredient, not a dye added for effect.

Labelled for all skin types. Dehydrated skin of any oiliness; the format suits layering.
How to use it
- After toner, dispense two or three pumps into damp palms.
- Press over the face rather than rubbing.
- Follow with a moisturiser to hold it in place.
